About this event

The ESASO Anterior Segment Academy is a world-class forum on the diagnosis and treatment of anterior segment diseases. From Friday 5 to Saturday 6 April, the Instituto de Microcirugía Ocular (IMO) is delighted to host the 2019 Academy.

Located in Barcelona, Spain, the IMO is a leading ophthalmological institution boasting state-ofthe-art facilities and audio-visual equipment.

The focus of this year’s Academy is on the science, diagnosis, and management of dry eye disease and refractive surgery complications.

Internationally renowned specialists in refractive surgery and dry eye management will share their knowledge and discuss the latest scientific developments and technical advances in those fields.

In addition, delegates will have the opportunity to  interact with the experts panel in ‘nearlive’ surgery sessions and case presentation sessions – with several cases presented in 3D!
