Los doctores Corcóstegui, García-Arumí, Navarro y Mateo, así como la Dra. Burés, participan en el congreso anual de la European Society of Retina Specialists, que analizará los aspectos más relevantes en el tratamiento de las enfermedades retinianas.

La European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA), organización encargada de promover el intercambio de conocimientos relacionados con esta subespecialidad ocular, celebra su congreso anual en Viena (Austria). Este encuentro de referencia contará con la participación de los mejores retinólogos internacionales para abordar los últimos avances y técnicas en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de patologías que afectan a la retina.

El congreso congregará a expertos en cirugía vitreorretiniana y retina médica entre los que destacan los especialistas en retina de IMO, que aportarán su experiencia a través de diferentes ponencias, simposios y comunicaciones libres. Entre otros temas, moderarán una sesión sobre cirugía en 3D, una de las innovaciones más revolucionarias en los quirófanos de oftalmología.
